Description:

Sussex Asphalte were appointed contractors on this project which consisted of a large 420m2 flat roof over an office space, followed by the paving to the office carpark (239m2).
The project was one of our larger works undertaken across different roof spaces while the tenants of the associated buildings were still in occupation. The office and driveway sit next to a load restricted bridge above a road that leads to Kew Gardens train station. We had to consider the two companies that weresituated underneath our works on the road below, one of which was a mechanics garage and the other a classic car showroom with millions of pounds worth of luxury cars.
