Description:

This project involved the stripping of 140m² of the old existing roof coverings down to the deck and increasing the thermal insulation to 150mm, carrying out minor repairs of brickwork and helping to improve the falls in the roof.  Throughout the project we maintained dialogue with the residents in the flats beneath to ensure smooth and successful installation with minimal disruption to residents.  The completed roof comes with a 20 year insurance backed guarantee.
