Description:

The project entailed stripping the existing coverings back to deck and paying permaphalt mastic asphalt in two coats, providing a 20 year guarantee. By far the best option for durability and performance.

The asphalt was purposely laid to create falls to improve drainage to the outlets/gutters. Our charge hand on site, who has been with us for over 20 years and worked on sites such as St Paul’s Cathedral, is well adapted to working on a huge array of sites overcoming various objections and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, intricate detailing and maintaining client expectations. Whilst all the time ensuring projects are completed to out usual high standards, and the clients’ expectations and time frames.
