Description:

Recently completed balcony on a Grade II listed building, meaning we cannot make any significant alterations to the design of the balcony waterproofing.

We had to firstly re-fit two hardwood cills to replace ones that had previously rotted, these were then primed for the customer to paint in a specialist colour paint to match their street.

We stripped the balcony coverings and working in tight angles and through many complicated railing posts re-laid the asphalt covering the surface in loose laid Rubbertec tiles so that we didn’t ‘change’ the fixed surface but the resident can set chairs on the balcony without the legs sinking in.
