Mastic Asphalt

Description:

Sussex Asphalte were employed by our long standing client Crowther Overton Hart Surveyors to undertake the resurfacing of this 260m² asphalt terrace and walkway. Mastic Asphalt was chosen for its durability and performance, given the heavy foot traffic that the area will receive,  grey striated GRC promenade tiles were chosen to protect the newly laid mastic asphalt and enable residents to use garden furniture etc without risk of damaging the asphalt.  The existing defective asphalt coverings were stripped back to concrete deck and a new warm roof system installed.

Throughout the project it was key to enable access to the residents at all time’s, this was carefully managed by Sussex Asphalte’s experienced operatives to ensure minimal disruption.
