Insulated Reinforced Bitumen Membrane (IKO)

Description:

Carried out over a series of phases Sussex Asphalte worked as main contractor on site and have recently completed phase four within a complex of blocks consisting of 800.  Comprising of the stripping 360m² of existing roof coverings, structural deck and fascias, making any necessary structural/timber repairs and renewal of roof coverings and on completion replacing fascias and vents using IKO specification and products.  The application of the IKO waterproofing system by Sussex Asphalte extended the lifespan of the roof by at least a further 20 years whilst offering total safety, minimal disruption and noise.
