BMI Apprentice of the year awards took place over two days at the BMI Academy where finalist were put to the test on Flat & Pitched workshops and technical demonstrations; Technical theory challenges; Technical Industry challenges; Theoretical Knowledge and the final challenge of the individual presentations. This years theme was “Empower” and BMI were looking for apprentices who can demonstrate how they empower themselves and others by playing an active role across the roofing community and beyond.
