Since its inception in 1948, Sussex Asphalte has been synonymous with high-quality roofing services, initially founded by Joseph Secchi and now continuing under the stewardship of its current directors. Jay, Jacob, and Jeremy bring their unique blend of contemporary business acumen and respect for the company’s traditional values, ensuring that Sussex Asphalte remains at the forefront of the roofing industry.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship and Quality

The journey of Sussex Asphalte is steeped in a rich heritage, tracing back to the late nineteenth century with a lineage of Italian asphalters. This history is preserved and honoured by Julian and Matthew Coulter, grandsons of Joseph Secchi, who remain part of the company as part-time consultants, sharing their invaluable wisdom and experience.
