Insulated Reinforced Bitumen Membrane (Icopal)

Description:

Carried out over a series of phases covering over 1000 m² Sussex Asphalte worked as main contractor on site and have recently completed phase three within a complex of blocks consisting of 498m².  Comprising of the stripping of existing roof coverings, structural deck and fascias, making any necessary structural/timber repairs and renewal of roof coverings and on completion replacing fascias and vents using Icopal specification and products.  The application of the Icopal waterproofing system by Sussex Asphalte extended the lifespan of the roof by at least a further 20 years whilst offering total safety, minimal disruption and noise.
