Mastic Asphalt

Description:

Renewal of asphalt terrace on a residential property in London. The work involved stripping the existing asphalt back to original screed; laying new asphalt; solar painting and finishing with laying GRC promenade tiles of the customers choice in terracotta.

Mastic Asphalt recreational duty will comfortably accept foot traffic, however as these balcony’s will have foot traffic and possible table and chairs it was decided to lay promenade lay tiles.
