Mastic Asphalt

Description:

The Terrace at this property had had issues with the current waterproofing being laid inadequately. It was discussed that the best option would be to strip 117m² of existing paving, bedding and waterproofing from the rear ground floor terrace. Once stripped our operatives installed 30mm three coat permaphalt mastic asphalt on glass fibre tissue. We then supplied and laid IKO 3mm protector board, 12mm rubber paving supports and at customers request 450mm x 900mm Stoneware Sahara Paving slabs to new asphalt surfaces.
