Description:

This project involved the re-roofing of a timber deck roof 400m².  The materials selected for this project was a Garland Waterproofing System which carries a 25 year guarantee. Associated works to the project included installing hardi plank cladding to the tank house and replacement roof lights to the roof.  Sussex Asphalte is an approved installer of Garland Waterproofing Systems, whose operatives have been properly trained in the installation of this system. The materials performance and labour on the Mile Oak Primary School Project carry a guarantee of 25 years.
