Description:

Mastic Asphalt steps are extremely durable and can last in excess of 30 years. Due to the excellent durability of mastic asphalt and it’s waterproofing properties it was an excellent choice for these exterior steps which is especially effective material for high traffic areas. Spartan Porous Concrete Tiles were then laid on top these tiles are a great option as they are porous and unlike ceramic tiles, frost resistant, solar reflective, absorb water quickly, and avoid water stagnation. They are available in an array of colours and provide a professional finish.
