Sussex Asphalte is delighted to announce that following a procurement process, jointly undertaken by Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) and East Sussex County Council, we have been appointed to the BHCC Planned Maintenance Framework Roofing Lot.

The Planned Maintenance Framework will run for four years from September 2020.

Our success in being selected follows great team work in putting together a comprehensive tender submission that highlighted our long standing commitment to high quality work and professional standards, investing in our staff through training and apprenticeships, supporting the local economy by employing local labour and using local sub-contractors, and creating social value by investing in the communities in which we operate.

Commenting on the appointment, Sussex Asphalte Directors, Julian and Matthew Coulter said: “We are delighted with our appointment. The Framework provides an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with both Councils to deliver innovation and best value in roofing replacement works, and it extends an excellent working relationship with the City Council that has developed over several years”.
