Sussex Asphalte staff, family & friends smash fundraising target!

Following on from our earlier news item, Sussex Asphalte staff, family and friends ran the Worthing 10k last week. Despite a sweltering sun all of our runners came through and finished the 10k run. Having set a target of raising £2,000 for St Barnabas House, donations had climbed to over £2,800 at the time of writing, making all the hard work and aching limbs worth it!

Eli Coulter and her brother Sid were cared for by St Barnabas House, and the sponsored run was a great way to highlight their important work, and to say “thank you”.

Sussex Asphalte will continue to raise funds for St Barnabas House, and for Teenage Cancer Trust, at their 70th Anniversary Charity Golf Day at the end of September.
